Marshmallow Frosting

1 2/3 C Sugar
1/2 C Hot Water
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp Salt

Cook to form hard ball. Beat 4 egg whites. Pour in above mixture and add 1 tsp Vanilla.
