Cool completely. peel and cube potatoes into small cubes. Cool eggs completely. Peel eggs. Reserve one egg for garnish. Quarter eggs into a food processor. Add mayonnaise, canned milk, dry mustard, celery salt, salt and pepper. Process until very smooth. Fold egg picture over potatoes. Put in serving bowl. Smooth top. Cover with water and add basil and bay leaves. Simmer on low about 2 hours until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from broth and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;debone&lt;/span&gt; and skin. Cut into chunks. Add to broth, sliced carrots, celery, onion and cook until tender. Add celery salt and cream of chicken soup to taste. Return chicken chunks to soup. Sometimes a little chicken &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;bouillon&lt;/span&gt; improves taste. Make dumpling recipe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dumplings:&lt;br /&gt;1 C Milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp Salt&lt;br /&gt;4 Medium Eggs or 3 Large&lt;br /&gt;1/2 C Margarine&lt;br /&gt;1 C Flour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place margarine in pan and let melt. Add milk and salt. Just before mixture comes to a boil remove from heat and add flour all at once. Stir until forms a ball. Beat eggs into flour mixture, until smooth. Drop by teaspoons into hot boiling soup. Simmer for 4 minutes. Foods will finish cooking when reheated.  Don't refreeze cooked thawed foods.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A few drops of lemon juice added to simmering rice will keep the grains seperated.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;When freezing foods, label each container with its contents and the date it was put into the freezer.  Always use frozen cooked foods within one to two months.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;To dress up buttered, cooked vegetables, sprinkle them with toasted sesame seeds, toasted chopped nuts, canned french-fried onions, or slightly crushed seasoned croutons.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A little vinegar or lemon juice added to potatoes before draining will make them extra white when mashed.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;To quickly bake potatoes, place them in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into 1 inch cubes.  Put in 9 X 13 pan.  Whip cream and sugar.  Add lemon juice and half and half, carefully, still beating.  Toss over cake cubes.  Cover. Bake 15 minutes at 350.  Cool and crumble and divide in half.  Spread half in the bottom of the pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping:&lt;br /&gt; Mix together:&lt;br /&gt;    8 oz. Cream Cheese&lt;br /&gt;    1 C Powdered Sugar&lt;br /&gt;    Mix 2 packages of Dream Whip according to package directions&lt;br /&gt;    using only 1/2 the vanilla called for. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix these two mixtures together and spread on crumb crust and cover with remaining crumbs. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large skillet cook and stir the peppers, onions, parsley, basil, thyme and hot pepper sauce and remaining garlic in butter over medium heat until peppers are crisp and tender.  Add tomato and peas; heat through.  Remove from the heat.  Add rice; keep warm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In another skillet, cook and stir chicken in lemon juice over medium-high heat until chicken juices run clear.  Add to rice mixture; toss. Lipton Onion Soup Mix&lt;br /&gt;1 can Cream of Chicken Soup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a lightly greased 9x13 pan put rice in bottom of pan.  Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top of rice.  Top with chicken.  Boil water, cream of chicken soup, and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;bouillon&lt;/span&gt; cubes then pour over chicken.  Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.  Cover with foil.  Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Dark Chocolate Cake Mix&lt;br /&gt;1/2 C Margarine, Melted&lt;br /&gt;1 Egg, slightly beaten&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Thoroughly&lt;/span&gt; mix all ingredients together. Shape dough into firm 1 inch balls. Place on &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;ungreased&lt;/span&gt; cookie sheet 2 inches apart. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Bake&lt;/span&gt; at 350 for 9-13 minutes or until set. Cool the cookies for one minutes on the cookie sheet, then remove them to racks and cool completely. While they are cooling make cream filling below.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cream filling:&lt;br /&gt;2 C Powdered Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 C &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Shortening&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp Vanilla&lt;br /&gt;Dash of Salt&lt;br /&gt;1 Egg white&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix all the ingredients together until well blended, then beat mixture on high speed for 2-3 minutes. Dissolve yeast into warm water.  Stir in sugar, salt, and olive oil.  Add half of the flour and beat until smooth, gradually add enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.  When it becomes too stiff to stir, knead with hand in bowl until a soft ball is formed.  Allow the dough to sit for 5-10 minutes to relax the dough.  Spread the dough out on a greased cookie sheet without sides. Wet finger and press finger on candy.  If imprint stays candy is ready to beat.  Beat until creamy, then knead until smooth. Can Tomato Paste&lt;br /&gt;2 Bay Leaves&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbs Oregano&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbs Parsley&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbs Basil&lt;br /&gt;2 Cloves Garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp Salt&lt;br /&gt;Pepper&lt;br /&gt;1 16 oz. pkg Lasagna Noodles&lt;br /&gt;1 lb. Grated Mozzarella Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 lb. Grated &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Monterey&lt;/span&gt; Jack cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 lb. Cottage Cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown beef, add onions and cook until onions are transparent.  Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bay leaves, oregano, parsley, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.  Simmer 2 hours.  Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on package.  Drain.  Set aside.  combine cottage cheese and eggs.  Set aside.  combine mozzarella cheese and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;monterey&lt;/span&gt; jack cheese.  Grease 9x13 pan and 9x9 pan. When cool peel and shred on a course grater. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat soup and butter together.  Add onions, sour cream and cheese.  Stir until cheese melts.  Add potatoes.  Place in a 9x13 pan.  &lt;strong&gt;Topping:&lt;/strong&gt;  Melt butter and add cornflakes.  Sprinkle on top. Add turkey and cook until brown. Stir in onion and cook until tender. Pour water into the pot. Mix in tomatoes, kidney beans, garlic and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Beat in lemon peel. Combine flour and cornstarch; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shape into a 1 3/4 inch diameter roll; roll in non&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;pareils&lt;/span&gt;. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unwrap and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place 1 inch apart on &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;ungreased&lt;/span&gt; baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Spoon Cream of Chicken soup and water mixture over chicken. Crush the stuffing mix and sprinkle over the top. Mix lightly.  Shape meat mixture into balls (golf ball sized).  Roll in flour.  Brown in heated shortening.  Drain excess fat.  Prepare sauce and pour over meatballs. Let stand 10 minutes. Pour hot milk over shortening. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in 4 cups flour, sugar, mashed potatoes, eggs, salt and dissolved yeast. Combine 1 cup flour, raisins and chopped walnuts in a separate bowl. Stir into dough. Slowly add remaining flour as needed to make a soft dough. Cover. Let rise until double. divide dough in half. Prepare the Italian Dressing per the instructions on the package and pour it over the beans and corn. Mix together, refridgerate this overnight. Chop up the tomatoes &amp;amp; avacado and add to mixture right before serving. In a deep casserole dish, line bottom of dish with cooked rice. Spread some of your soup mixture on top. Spread drained cooked broccoli next. Put more of your soup mixture on top. Place cooked and chopped chicken on top. Spread remaining soup mixture on top. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top. I also season the pork with cumin, chili powder and seasoned salt. Use whatever spices you would like! Cook the 3 lb pork roast at 325º for approximately 2 1/2 hrs and meat pulls apart easily. Cool; let stand until the fat congeals at the top; remove fat. Combine 1 clove garlic, can chilies and can tomatoes and salt to taste and set aside. ( I also like to put salsa in this mixture)Cut the cool pork in small squares. Heat the oil in an extra large skillet, stir in flour. Add chili-tomato mixture and enough meat broth to desired consistency (keeping mixture thick).
